PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission plan making method which can make an appropriate power transmission plan by deriving power which can be transmitted to external consumers from a power generation system.;SOLUTION: This power transmission plan making method makes the plan of a power transmission from the power generation system. The system is equipped with a singular or plural power generation facilities, and a singular or plural power consumption devices receiving power required for operation from the above power generation facility to consumers. The method includes a power demand decision process which decides the temporal fluctuation properties of power demand of each of the above singular or plural power consumption devices; a surplus power estimation process which estimates the temporal fluctuation properties of surplus power in the above power generation system, referring to the temporal fluctuation properties of the above power demand and the temporal fluctuation properties of the surplus power by the above singular or plural power generation facilities; and a power transmission plan making process which makes the power transmission plan of the transmission power transmittable to the above consumers, based on the surplus power estimated in the above surplus power estimation process.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
