PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide milk constituent-containing food reinforced in vitamin C effectively inhibited in generation of deterioration smell. PSOLUTION: The milk constituent-containing food reinforced in vitamin C is prepared through addition of ascorbic acid glucoside as a source of vitamin C.
