PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently display information with respect to waveform quality of a frequency. PSOLUTION: A waveform quality information display section displays the waveform data 20a denoting the magnitude relation between a value taken by a waveform 18a and a prescribed threshold value f0 by using a time base in common for the waveform 18a. Then the magnitude relation between the frequency at a time and the threshold value f0 can easily be grasped and the display section sufficiently displays the information with respect to the waveform quality of the frequency.
