PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveform quality monitor circuit, its system and method capable of self-monitoring waveform quality and improving the maintainability and stability of a mobile object communication base station in a CDMA communication system. SOLUTION: This waveform quality monitoring circuit 102 monitors an abnormality in a mobile object communication base station for outputting RF signals by a CDMA system. In the above circuit, by inputting the RF signals and calculating and outputting a value for indicating the ratio of the power of at least one of a pilot signal, a control signal and a traffic signal for indicating data included in the inputted RF signals and the total power of the signals after demodulating the Rf signals and executing A/D conversion, the abnormality in the mobile object communication base station is monitored.
