PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trace element analyzer in a living tissue, capable of readily analyzing on only the target analysis area and determining the optimum analysis conditions, and to provide a sample stand and an analysis method that uses it. PSOLUTION: This device is equipped with an analysis area determination means 21 for determining the analysis area of living tissue to be analyzed using X-ray microanalyzer. The device is also equipped with an analysis condition determination means 31 for determining the analysis conditions in the analysis area of the living tissue determined by the analysis area determining means 21. In addition, the device is also equipped with a dyed image acquisition means 51 for acquiring a dyed image of the living tissue, and an image compositing means 41 for compositing the dyed image of the living tissue acquired by the dyed image acquisition means 51, with a trace element distribution image acquired by the X-ray microanalyzer.
