REMOTE MONITORING DIAGNOSIS DEVICE FOR ELEVATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, since each evaluation means is disposed on a terminal side to read signs of abnormalities of each elevator and the connection is concentrated on a center device, a diagnosing process is generally executed by batch processing and required performance of the center device becomes higher in proportion to the number of the terminals to cause increase in cost, in a conventional remote monitoring diagnosis device for an elevator which is constituted of a diagnosis terminal reading a portent of a trouble of the elevator and a center device connected through a telephone line.;SOLUTION: A center side includes all of evaluation means of operating states of the elevators mounted to the terminals and threshold values for evaluation, an elevator is controlled by an evaluation means to facilitate setting or changing of the evaluation means for each elevator, and operating information can be subsequently processed at the timing collected by using communications lines to distribute and the processing and promote efficiency of the processing and thereby to lower the required performance of the center side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
