PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat acoustic driving orifice type pulse pipe extremely low temperature refrigeration device in which a metal knit is provided in a driving part for cooling a driving gas of an application instrument utilizing high temperature ultra-conduction principle and the driving gas is uniformly heated by a previous mixing combustion system.;SOLUTION: The heat acoustic driving orifice type pulse pipe extremely low temperature refrigeration device is the one having a driving part, a regenerator, a pulse pipe and a refrigeration gas storage chamber. A first heat exchanger for heat-exchanging with the outside is provided between the regenerator and the pulse pipe and a low temperature heat exchanger for heat-exchanging with the outside is provided between the pulse pipe and the refrigeration gas storage chamber. An orifice for maintaining a pressure of the refrigeration gas storage chamber to a constant value by controlling an amount of the driving gas reciprocating between the refrigeration gas storage chamber and the pulse pipe is provided in the refrigeration gas storage chamber.
