PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat acoustic driving orifice type pulse pipe extremely low temperature refrigeration device in which a metal knit is provided in a driving part for cooling a driving gas of an application instrument utilizing high temperature ultra-conduction principle and the driving gas is uniformly heated by a previous mixing combustion system.;SOLUTION: The heat acoustic driving orifice type pulse pipe extremely low temperature refrigeration device is the one having a driving part, a regenerator, a pulse pipe and a refrigeration gas storage chamber. A first heat exchanger for heat-exchanging with the outside is provided between the regenerator and the pulse pipe and a low temperature heat exchanger for heat-exchanging with the outside is provided between the pulse pipe and the refrigeration gas storage chamber. An orifice for maintaining a pressure of the refrigeration gas storage chamber to a constant value by controlling an amount of the driving gas reciprocating between the refrigeration gas storage chamber and the pulse pipe is provided in the refrigeration gas storage chamber. The driving gas repeatedly carries out a process of compression and expansion making the pulse pipe as a center.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
