PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method which can be applied not only to conventional one-dimensional or two-dimensional structure but also to a three dimensional face structure, and can secure an insulating property of a heavy floor impact noise in a low frequency region in a void slab, which has been a conventionally difficult problem.;SOLUTION: A connecting metal piece 3 capable of fine and various adjustments is used to enable construction of the face structure with high accuracy. The metal piece 3 can be easily inserted into a drilled hole to a thickness of an underlayer with a screw anchor 20e mounted on an anchor 20a, and is fixed to a demolding temporary member A. A welding position of a reinforcement of a space shaft part is slightly changed in relation to a thickness of the face structure. An embedding material 1 is continuously connected to the concrete face structure and is carried in. To reduce the heavy floor impact noise in the low frequency region, an oscillator is used. The oscillator is formed by mixing a ceramic material, being an oxygen body, into the embedding material 1, and vibrates inside the body. Similar to sound oscillation of a musical instrument, the impact noise is organically converted to a sound of heat energy by the oxygen in the ceramic body, so that it may be reduced.
