PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the sure demonstration of hip-up function in a girdle having the hip-up function and the exhibition of a beautiful hip line. ;SOLUTION: A wide body-adjusting tape 6 is placed along a line from the lower center of the hip via the junction of the hip and the upper rear side of the thigh to the abdomen. The body-adjusting tape 6 is formed at the backside of the thigh in such a state that the end in the lateral direction facing the front side of the thigh is resistant to extend in the longitudinal direction, and it strongly and tightly lift up the hip. Further, the body-adjusting tape 6 is formed in such a state that the end in the lateral direction facing the center side of the hip is contrarily easy in extending in the longitudinal direction, and it softly wraps the lifted hip.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
