PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high planing film which is excellent in resistance to light, acid, and mud grinding and has high water repellency and excellent planing properties (water drop slipping properties).;SOLUTION: This planing film is composed of a double layer comprising a first layer prepared by dispersing a planing component containing a dimethylsilicone derivative as an essential component into a silica matrix and a second layer of a fluoroalkylsilane applied onto the planing layer. Since the planing film is excellent in durability, such as resistance to light, acid and mud grinding, and in planing properties, for example in the case of use on a windowpane of a vehicle, the view of front, side or rear can easily be obtained to enable safe driving and the high performance of the film can be maintained for a long time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
