PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly measure differences between design data and measurement data in product inspection.;SOLUTION: A control part generates auxiliary geometrical data, based on analysis information on the design data, sets an allowable error domain for measurement on the geometrical data generated from the analysis information based on allowable error information inputted from a user interface part, and adjusts a coordinate system for measurement data obtained by measurement using a three-dimensional scanner so that it coincides with the coordinate system of the design data on a measuring object.
