PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for accurately inspecting the state of a welded part by a non-destructive system even when the melt-in depth of the welded part is large and the variation of lift-off quantity is considerably large.;SOLUTION: The vector sum output signal V0 shown by the phase difference Δϕ and amplitude difference ΔH of a bead part 52 is detected by an overcurrent system using a magnetic sensor 11. The lift-off quantity of the bead part 52 is measured by a distance sensor 15 and the variation of the lift-off quantity is corrected with respect to the detection signal of the magnetic sensor 11. A signal processor 30 is constituted so as to perform the operation of the formula 4 using the vector sum output signal V(y) corrected on the basis of the variation value of the lift-off quantity to calculate the melt-in depth X of the bead part 52.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
