PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of manufacturing a spontaneous light emission unit equipped with a spontaneous light emission module having a spontaneous light emission element formed on a substrate and a frame protecting the spontaneous light emission module in a short time without perform a complicated process, and to provide the spontaneous light emission unit which can be fitted to a fitted member with high precision.;SOLUTION: The spontaneous light emission unit 100 has the spontaneous light emission module 10 and a frame 30, which covers a portion or the whole of the spontaneous light emission module 10 to protect the spontaneous light emission module 10 and has a fitting part 33 for fitting the spontaneous light emission module 10 to the fitted member and is molded integrally with the spontaneous light emission module 10, so the spontaneous light emission unit can be manufactured in a short time without performing a complicated process.
