PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate the type of transaction to be processed between a plurality of servers including transaction to be generated with low frequency.;SOLUTION: A fixed transaction generating means 1d generates a fixed transaction whose calling relation is uniquely fixed. A transaction candidate generating means 1e generates one or more transaction candidates including an unidentified message. An evaluation means 1f evaluates the certainty of each of transaction candidates based on the number of times how the identical type of transaction has been identified as fixed transaction or presumed transaction for the generated transaction candidates.
