PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content-convergence control system which avoids the occurrence of convergence of access without imposing a load on a user when introduced and responds to convergence in a short time to actually improve convenience and reliability, and also provide a content-convergence control method and a content-convergence control program.;SOLUTION: The content-convergence control system is provided with a plurality of content servers 104(1)-104(n) which distribute content, a convergence-controlling server 105 which processes access requests which converge on the content of the plurality of content servers 104(1)-104(n) and distributes the same content, and a convergence-controlling device 103 which distributes the access requests to the convergence-controlling server 105 when the access requests converge on the content of the plurality of content servers 104(1)-104(n).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
