PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer tendency collection system, a customer tendency collection method, and a customer tendency collection program which are capable of collecting flow line information till then in association with purchase information during adjusting an account regardless of a check-out lane crowded with customers. PSOLUTION: A customer tendency collection system 10 includes; a flow line measuring means 11 for generating flow line information showing movement paths of customers 3; a flow line index issue means 12 for issuing peculiar flow line indexes to respective pieces of flow line information generated by the flow line measuring means 11; a flow line information storage means 13 for storing respective pieces of flow line information generated by the flow line measuring means 11, per flow line index; a point-of-sale information management means 14 for managing information of commodities purchased by the customers 3 during adjusting an account; a purchase information storage means 15 for storing information of the purchased commodities managed by the point-of-sale information management means 14, per customer; a customer tendency linking means 16 for associating flow line information of of a customer and purchase information of this customer with each other; and a link information storage means 17 for storing information associated by the customer tendency linking means 16.
