PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of evaluating a reflecting ability of reflecting mirror designed for a lighting fixture for a vehicle, an evaluation system, and a method of designing a computer readable record medium and a reflecting mirror. SOLUTION: The system includes a step (108a) of inputting design information indicating a plural of reflecting substrate surfaces and position information of a light source included in a lighting fixture for a vehicle and a step (108b) of indicating attribution information for a plurality of regions, respectively. The regions are determined in order to divide one reflecting substrate surface selected from the plurality of reflecting substrate surfaces based on the design information. The attribution information indicates whether a virtual light from a position of the light source defined based on the position information of the light source can be effectively reached or not. It can apply to a reflecting mirror configured based on the plurality of reflecting substrate surfaces. The attribution information is grasped for every region smaller than the reflecting substrate surfaces, because the attribution information is indicated for each of the plurality of regions.
