PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily register a schedule which does not specify time and places.;SOLUTION: When schedule data inputted from an inputting means 5 are a schedule which does not specify time and places, a candidate route extracting means 2 extracts, from a map DB 7, candidate routes, which move between execution places of respective schedule data to conform to their execution time, based on the map DB 7 and a time-table DB 8, when the schedule which does not specify time and places is incorporated into an unregistered time zone. A candidate route-selecting means 3 selects a movement route from among the candidates routes.
