PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visualize the degree of achievement by performing a standard adaptation check result totalization process for a standard to be adapted to with data in an adaptation check area of a check file and quantitatively displaying an adaptation state. ;SOLUTION: In a process 1, adaptation to a standard source sentence is performed by an 'information transmission element', 'content element' or the like as a minimum unit of information achievement. Namely, the standard source sentence is decomposed into pieces of question setting information as minimum units of information transmission. In a process 2, identification codes are given to the decomposed pieces of question setting information. Here, one of a content element code, an information transmission element code, a priority code, a standard kind code, a source sentence code, a request code, an adaptation/ nonadaptation check, etc., is properly included in the identification codes. With those identification codes, question setting information as to a standard to be adapted to is extracted and displayed. An adaptation or nonadaptation check on the question setting information is made and a flag display of the standard adaptation result is quantitatively made.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
