PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold melting salt having excellent reduction stability and excellent property as electrolyte for a secondary cell, and to provide a lithium secondary cell with high safety and reliability using the cold melting salt as electrolytic solution. PSOLUTION: The cold melting salt is composed of at least one kind of cation selected from among the group formed of N-methyl-N-ethylpyrrolidinium, N- methyl-N-propylprrolidinium, N-methyl-N-ethylpiperidinium, and N-methyl-N- propylpiperidinium; and at least one kind of anion chosen from N(CFSB3/SBSOSB2/SB)SB2/SBSP-/SP, CFSB3/SBSOSB3/SBSP-/SP, N(CSB2/SBFSB5/SBSOSB2/SB)SB2/SBSP-/SP, BFSB4/SBSP-/SP, and PFSB6/SBSP-/SP.
