PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multivalue storage means with the effects of economization of components, simplification in configuration, suppression in increase of input electrostatic capacitance or power consumption, prevention of deceleration of input signal rising/falling speed, elimination of need of synchronizing signal for storage operation and free write/read timing in configuration where a magnitude of storage content write input current is not affected by read output current capacitance.;SOLUTION: An input terminal and an output terminal of one of two "non-inverted multivalue buffer means including a group of binary NOT means in an input section" are connected to configure a multivalue storage means common for the input and output terminals, and a group of binary NOT means of that multivalue storage means and a group of binary NOT means of the other multivalue storage means are integrated to economize one group of binary NOT means. Therefore, the common input/output terminal functions as an input terminal In of a new multivalue storage means, the other output terminal functions as an output terminal Out of the new multivalue storage means on the other hand, and the input terminal In and the output terminal Out are separated and independent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
