PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide multivalue logic means having a synchronous latching function.;SOLUTION: A multivalue logic circuit realizing a new multivalue logic Hooji algebra is constituted by: discrimination means configured by transistors 1, 2 and 17, resistances 20 and 21 and the like; on/off driving means which operates based on a discrimination result signal of the discrimination means and is configured by transistors 41 and 37, a diode 39 and a resistance 15; and bidirectional pull-switching means which is driven on/off by the on/off driving means and is configured by transistors 3 and 4. Since the signal exchanged between the discrimination means and the on/off driving means is similar to a binary signal, a D-type flip-flop 27, which operates based on a synchronous signal supplied by synchronous signal supply means configured by synchronous signal generating means 60, a transistor 61 and resistances 26 and 28, is inserted and connected as binary synchronous flip-flop means between the discrimination means and the on/off driving means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
