PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide primer sets for amplifying the single base polymorphism regions of cytochrome P450 CYP2D6 gene simultaneously. PSOLUTION: The amplification reactions are carried out by using primer sets containing 2 pairs of specific primers among the following (A) to (C). (A) A primer having a sequence of a first continuous 10 bases, and a primer having a sequence of second continuous 10 bases in described specific base sequences, (B) A primer having a sequence of a third continuous 10 bases, and a primer having a sequence of a fourth continuous 10 bases in the described specific base sequences, and (C) A primer having a sequence of a 5th continuous 10 bases, and a primer having a sequence of a 6th continuous 10 bases in the described specific base sequences.
