PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an nodular solidifying agent excellent in workability, for producing elastic particulates especially for producing powdery or particulate rubber solidified lumps and having excellent odorous property, curability and flexibility, and to provide a construction method having good work efficiency and excellent in workability by using an elastic floor material composition, even when applied outdoors, causing no disintegration of the solidified lumps, excellent in flexibility and having a low viscosity of the solidifying binder. PSOLUTION: The floor material composition comprises (c) the elastic particulates and an nodular solidifying agent composed mainly of a urethane prepolymer having a terminal isocyanate and comprising (a) a polyol and (b) a polyisocyanate compound, wherein the polyisocyanate (b) contains 2,4'-diphenylmethane diisocianate, the solidified lumps are obtained by curing the composition and the construction method comprises using the solidified lumps and extending and curing the lumps.
