PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement management method that makes the use of a mobile terminal possible in a wireless local loop WLL system. ;SOLUTION: When an incoming call request comes from a network (exchange) side, stationary subscriber information 30 is referenced and when an incoming call destination is a mobile terminal, a call signal is sent to all radio base stations connecting to a base station controller and decides the number of a call area to which the radio base station informing of a call reply belongs by referencing station data 28 and stores the number to variable subscriber information 32 as a resident area number. When a call request comes from a subscriber terminal, the radio base station informing of the call request decides the resident area number. In the case of an incoming call from the network to a stationary terminal, the resident area number is used to call the subscriber terminal and makes a call to all call areas when no reply is received.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
