PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent falling in strong winds by installing an easily attachable and detachable post attachment type onmidirectional falling prevention device to an existing clothes-drying base, an existing sectorial futon drying stand and an existing flag pole.;SOLUTION: The post attachment type omnidirectional falling prevention device is classified largely into substrates and attaching metal fittings. All substrates are common, and the attaching metal fittings are classified into a I type and a II type. In the case of installation to the existing clothes-drying base and the existing flag pole, the attaching metal fitting of the I type is used.
