PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolated table for display capable of providing a damper characteristic to operate in the desired base isolating condition corresponding to the placed object for display and adjusting the damper characteristic easily and quickly so as to suit the weight of the placed object.;SOLUTION: The base-isolated table for display is configured so that a base isolation mechanism consisting of a plurality of rollers is arranged between a bearing board and a pedestal for placing of the object, wherein the base isolation mechanism 4 bears the rotary shafts 17 of the rollers 9 by the bearing part 18 of a roller coupling plate 16, and further the arrangement includes a friction damper mechanism 22 installed between the rotary shafts 17 of the rollers 9 and the bearing part of the roller coupling plate 16 and having a friction member 21 interposed between the rotary shafts and the bearing part and a friction force adjusting device 23 for the friction damper mechanism 22 formed from a pressing mechanism for the friction member 21.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
