PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake isolation stand by which the vibration of earthquake is not transmitted to a display stane or a display case, the vibration energy of earthquake is properly absorbed, art works are not distroyed or damaged, harmony with the display stand or the display case is attained without damaging outer appearance and, additionally, the width of a swelling part for supporting a blind is reduced. ;SOLUTION: The earthquake isolation stand 1 is provided with a lower stand frame 2, a middle stand frame 3 arranged on the lower stand frame 2, an upper stand frame 4 arranged on the middle stand frame 3 and an earthquake isolation means 5 held between the lower stand frame 2 and the middle stand frame 3, which supports the middle stand frame 3 on the lower stand frame 2 so as to permit it to be movable in an X-direction. Besides, an earthquake isolation means 6 held between the middle stand frame 3 and the upper stand frame 4, which supports the upper stand frame 4 on the middle stand frame 3 so as to permit it to be movable in a Y-direction, and a blinding means 7 for blinding the circumference of the lower stand frame 2, the middle stand frame 3 and the upper stand frame 4 are provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
