PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve surveying accuracy in a 3-dimensional object surveying system with a plurality of cameras.;SOLUTION: The 3-dimensional object surveying system 10 includes still cameras 32R, 32L, temperature sensors 34R, 34L, 34H, tilt sensors 35, a CPU 21, and a ROM 23. When image picking up a surveying point, the still cameras produce image signals. The temperature sensors 34R, 34L, 34H produce temperature signals. The tilt sensor 35 produces an inclination angle signal. The ROM 23 stores temperature-change characteristics of an exterior localization factor and an interior localization factor, and inclination angle-change characteristics. The CPU 21 corrects the interior and exterior localization factors based on the image signals, temperature signals, and inclination angle signals.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
