PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting implement of a sewing object of a wind thread shank button sewing machine which enables the sewing of a wind thread shank of a sewing object on which an upper and lower buttons are already sewn, by one machine, in addition to sewing of a welt seam and the wind thread shank of a sewing object.;SOLUTION: A supporting part 5 for the lower button is provided in the main body 3 of the supporting implement so that it can be projected to and withdrawn from the upper side of a bent supporting part 4. It is put in a state of extending almost perpendicularly at a position above the bent supporting part 4 and supports at the upper end the thread on the lower button side in the wind thread shank sewing object on which the upper and lower buttons are already sewn, while supporting the surface on the upper button side of this sewing object by one lateral side. The supporting part 5 supports selectively the sewing object and the wind thread shank sewing object in the area in the sewing machine wherein a needle moves up and down, so that the sewing of the welt seam and the wind thread shank of the sewing object and the sewing of the wind thread shank of the wind thread shank sewing object be performed selectively.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
