PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantum bit commitent communication system that can obtain a bit commitment protocol that is mutually secure between a transmitter and a receiver.;SOLUTION: The configuration, where data including committed data by two different quantum generators and random number generators are transmitted by using a quantum communication line and a classic communication line, is provided with unidirectional function generating means 7, 8 that obtain a unidirectional function from an input sequence of numbers and with a clock 6 that regulates a response time; the random number generator 5 provides the input sequence of numbers to the unidirectional function generating means; the unidirectional function generating means give their outputs to at least quantum generators 9, 10; and the reception time of the measurement result that is a reception reply from the reception destination is limited to be within a time designated by the clock 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
