PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for gelatin film further highly suppressing the decline of gelatin film solubility with time, and particularly in the case of soft capsular preparation, also imparting mechanical strength sufficient for the capsule, to provide a composition for capsule film, and to provide a capsule film and a capsular preparation each using the composition for capsule film. PSOLUTION: The capsule film comprises (A) gelatin and (B) an inositol phosphate of general formula: CSB6/SBHSB12-n/SB-(HSB2/SBPOSB4/SB)SBn/SB(wherein, n is an integer of 1-5). The capsular preparation is characterized by bearing the capsule film. The capsular preparation is especially effective when the filled contents contain one or more substances selected from crude drug, unsaturated fatty acid, unsaturated fatty acid residue-containing fat-and-oil, mineral, mineral-containing yeast and vitamin C.
