PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect an image formed by photographing an inspection object and information relating to the inspection object by correctly making them transit without executing complicated image processing. PSOLUTION: In inspecting screen transition of an inspection object display, from a state (a) displaying an inspection object image region 21, the image region 21, an image information history region 22 before transition, an action key region 23, a register/stack region 24 and an image information region 25 are displayed by shifting the image plane (b). In this state, by carrying out image transition (c), and by comparing the contents displayed in the information region 25 by a control PC, whether or not the image transition of the display is correctly executed is determined.
