REMOVING APPARATUS OF UNDERGROUND OBSTACLE AND REMOVING METHOD OF UNDERGROUND OBSTACLE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removing apparatus of an underground obstacle with high durability, and also to provide a removing method of the underground obstacle using the same.;SOLUTION: The removing apparatus of the underground obstacle has a cylindrical casing 8, excavating teeth 61, 62 at a top end of the casing and a chuck pawl 41 protruding inwardly at the top end of the casing. An outer periphery of the obstacle embedded in the underground is excavated by the excavating teeth and the obstacle is covered with the casing, and the obstacle is removed from the underground by pulling up the casing while the obstacle is grasped by the chuck pawl 41. The casing has a lower divided body 22 and upper divided bodies 23, 24 which are connected with an upper casing. The upper and lower divided bodies can relatively be rotated, extended and contracted. The removing apparatus has engaging mechanism in which engaging parts 25, 30 provided in the respective divided bodies are engaged with each other between the upper and lower divided bodies and validity or invalidity of relative extension/contraction of the upper and lower divided bodies is selectable in a relative rotational position of the upper and lower divided bodies. The removing apparatus has a pawl driving device enabling the chuck pawl to protrude inside the casing by relative contraction of the upper and lower divided bodies.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
