PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper door opening/closing structure of high operability by assisting power necessary for swinging when an operator swings an upper door upward, and buffering the door to prevent sudden swinging when the operator swings the upper door downward.;SOLUTION: Cylinder devices 4 are respectively mounted at both sides of a furnace main body 2 for assisting the power when the operator swings the upper door 3 upward, and tip end portions 23a of piston rods of the cylinder devices and end portions 21c of the cylinders 21 are respectively rotatably connected between a side wall of the furnace main body and a side wall of the upper door. Further the axial direction of the cylinder device is oriented obliquely upward at a shielding position for shielding an opening portion of the furnace main body 2 to energize the upper door.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
