PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transflective optoelectronic device which increases a light quantity for a display in both reflecting mode and transmitting mode, and to provide an electronic appliance provided with the same, and a method for manufacturing the same.;SOLUTION: In the TFT-arrayed substrate 10 of a reflective optoelectronic device 100, an irregularity forming layer 13a which forms a rugged pattern 8g is formed in the lower layer of a light reflecting film 8a by a first photosensitive resin with a refractive index of n1. An upper insulation layer 7a consisting of a second photosensitive resin with a refractive index of n2 (n1n2) is formed in the upper layer of the irregularity forming layer 13a. In the irregularity forming layer 13a, a protrusion 13c having a shape of a convex lens is formed in a region which laps two-dimensionally with the light transmitting window 8d of the light reflecting film 8a. The protrusion 13c functions as a condensing lens for refracting light incident from the rear side toward the light transmitting window 8d.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
