PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically decide the suspicion whether a telephone caller is suspicion that a telephone caller is an unnecessary caller.;SOLUTION: An unnecessary speech evaluation system comprises a user terminal 10 equipped with a speech evaluation data storage means, a sound recording means of storing speech information in the storage means, an evaluation input means of storing evaluation in the storage means, a terminal-side communication means of transmitting speech evaluation data to an evaluation server and receiving evaluation standard information from the evaluation server, an evaluation standard information storage means, and an unnecessity verifying means of deciding whether a telephone call speech corresponds to the evaluation standard information, and the evaluation server 20 equipped with a server-side communication means of receiving the speech evaluation data from the terminal and transmitting the evaluation standard information to the terminal, a server-side speech evaluation data storage means, and an unnecessary speech evaluating means of comparing speech information of the speech evaluation data to group the speech evaluation data by persons and generating the evaluation standard information based upon the speech information and evaluation of the speech evaluation data of each group.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
