PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice guidance device, a voice guidance method and a voice guidance system that, when there are a plurality of pieces of voice guidance equipment, enable clear transmission of voice guidance given by each piece of equipment to a user and the identification of which piece of equipment it is from.;SOLUTION: The voice guidance device has an own name DB part 112 for storing name information about associated equipment, an external equipment identification part 101 for identifying whether there is other equipment and whether there is voice production from other equipment and notifying the results to a voice guidance production control part, and the voice guidance production control part 102 for providing control such that, during voice production from other equipment, a voice message is withheld, and after the voice production from the other equipment, if other equipment is identified, the voice message is produced after the voice production of the associated equipment information stored in the own name DB part.
