PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a high-modulus PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) resin laminate modified to low coefficient of thermal expansion.;SOLUTION: The method for producing the PTFE laminate comprises mutually laminating a plurality of sheets of PTFE resin prepreg followed by pressing into a laminate, which is then irradiated with radiation. The PTFE laminate thus obtained is increased in flexural modulus without occurrence of abnormalities in its appearance and reduced in the coefficient of thermal expansion, thus causing the improvement of its handleability and drilling processability under working and also its through hole reliability each being a problem involved in conventional PTFE resin laminates used for high-frequency equipment.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
