PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce toxicity at discarding a device containing a harmful substance such as mercury. PSOLUTION: A switch body 402 has a first chamber 404 and a second chamber 408 communicating with each other at an interface 420, and liquid mercury 406 is filled in the first chamber and a neutralizing substance 410 is filled in the second chamber. The interface 420 is sealed by a control structure 422. At normal operation, liquid mercury is actuated in the first chamber. At discarding, the liquid mercury can move to the second chamber through a capillary tube 424, and is mixed with the neutralizing substance 410, a mixed substance is formed, and thereby toxicity is reduced.
