PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an unexpected defeat through carelessness by executing analysis processing at high speed even if it does not perform packet analysis in parallel.;SOLUTION: An intrusion detector is provided with a traffic monitoring means (6) which observes the traffic of a network (2) where a packet (4) flows and outputs an observed traffic value, and a packet analysis means (7) which decides on which analysis item to perform unfair access analysis based on the observed traffic value outputted by the above traffic monitoring means (6), and performs unfair access analysis as to a packet that the above traffic monitoring means has observed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
