PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a well screen capable of utilizing a large part of an amount of suction as soon as possible by a partial surging block for the suction of water from an aquifer by making the thickness of the screen thin and early destroying a mud wall in the earliest stage of finishing operation.;SOLUTION: The well screen is equipped with deformed rods (1) and wires (2). Each deformed rod has an angle cross section, and its area (A1) is suitable for a cross sectional area (A2) of a circular rod (31), and a vertical dimension (H) from the bottom (11) to the top (12) is smaller than a diameter (d) of the circular rod. and a plurality of deformed rods are so arranged that they are parallel with each other, the tops are turned to the radiated direction and that the bottoms maintain intervals on the same circumference (C). The wires spirally hold a water collection gap (P) between them to wind around between the tops (12) of a plurality of deformed rods, and the deformed rods and the wires are welded at each cross section (T).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
