PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electronic-component conveyance jig by which the conveyance operation of a component is stabilized and by which the judgment, the test, the sorting and the like of the component can be automated by a method wherein a plurality of placement parts which are passed through a jig body up and down are formed transversely in a row, support implements are inserted into the placement parts so as to be capable of being raised and lowered and suction holes which are used to suck the component are passed through. ;SOLUTION: In support implements 3, reception parts 4 which support an electronic component are installed so as to protrude in their upper part, coupling and stop parts 39 are installed so as to protrude in their lower part, operating parts 40 whose outside diameter is identical to that of the reception parts 4 are formed under them so as to be cross-shaped as a whole, and suction holes 7 which are passed down to the bottom face of operating parts 40 from the surface of the reception parts 4 are opened and formed. In the support implements 3, the operation parts 40 insert a body 1 into an insertion hole, and the coupling and stop parts 39 and the reception parts 4 are set inside narrow-width cutout parts 32 in the body 1. The electronic component which is placed on the reception parts 4 can be sucked and fixed to the reception parts 4 when it is sucked from the bottom of the suction holes 7. Thereby, the electronic component which is miniaturized can be conveyed stably, a polarity judgment processes of an electronic-characteristic measuring process and the like can be perforemd by one jig, and the operating efficiency of the jig can be enhanced greatly.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
