PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water sealing type underground in-rock pressure storage mechanism capable of preventing the mutual movement of stored matter by surely forming a water sealing curtain between in-rock pressure storage tanks installed in proximity to each other. SOLUTION: This water sealing type underground rock internal pressure storage mechanism comprises a water-sealed tunnel 2 installed over the in-rock pressure storage tank 1 and 1 and vertical water-sealed boring holes 4 and 4 arranged in double rows between the in-rock pressure storage tanks. Water is supplied from the water-sealed tunnel 2 into the vertical water-sealed boring holes 4 to form the water sealing curtain 5. The vertical water-sealed boring holes arranged in double rows are disposed in staggered state to use in the artificial water sealing type underground in-rock pressure storage tanks.
