PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To objectively and reproducibly measure the inclination of a foot without any necessity of a skill and to select or manufacture a shoe or a shoe sock liner suited to the feet of a customer. PSOLUTION: This foot inclination measuring method three-dimensionally measures the shape of the foot 10. The two-dimensional cross section 30 of the foot in the front/rear direction including the heel cross section is found based on the three-dimensional data of the shape of the foot 10 obtained by the measurement. The central line C1 in the left/right direction of the two-dimensional cross section 30 is found and the inward/outward inclinations of the foot 10 from the inclination α of the central line C1 are found.
