PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeper clamping structure capable of absorbing the displacement of a rail in a magnetic levitation linear motor train track.;SOLUTION: Elastic units 70 and 80 are arranged to the lower side and the upper side of a flange 20 of a sleeper 2 comprising a square steel pipe. The elastic unit 70 on the lower side includes a rubber plate 71 and metal plates 72 and 73 adhered to both up and down sides thereof. The elastic unit 80 on the upper side includes a rubber plate 81 and a metal plate 82 adhered to the lower side thereof. Locking projections 72x and 82x of the metal plates 72 and 82 are locked on the inside circumference of a through-hole 21 of the flange 20. A clamping bolt 91 passing through a washer 90 and a sleeve 92 is screwed into a screw hole 14 of a supporting section 10, and the first and second elastic units 70 and 80, the washer 90 and the flange 20 are pushed against the supporting section 10 in a state of lamination by the clamping force of the clamping bolt.
