[Challenge] An integrated device for carrying out the fertilization of the oocyte and extraction of [SOLUTION] microfluidic sperm, and can be fertilized in vitro by minimizing the delicate procedure using active sperm sample thereby. Sperm selection is performed using the sorting channels known to move more active sperm across the interface between the laminar flow of the medium fluid and semen.
