PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile network communication path control system which can ensure the maximum delay time by simple structure, a mobile network communication path control method using the system and a program for executing the method.;SOLUTION: An IP-ATM converter (I/A) 2 is installed between a radio network controller (RNC) 1 of an ATM base and radio base station systems (BTS) 3A and 3B of an IP base for connection between an IP network and an ATM network. In a radio mobile terminal (MS) 4, frames are transmitted to and received from a plurality of BTSs. The I/A 2 extracts pieces of time information about an outgoing frame which goes from the RNC 1 to the BTSs 3A, 3B and an incoming frame which goes from the BTSs 3A, 3B to the RNC 1 and suppresses incoming frame delay with communication quality tolerance or more by judging frame delay in comparison with preset delay tolerance of the frame and discarding a delay frame.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
