PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method which achieves a high quality at a lower cost along with a higher performance and a smaller size in an integration type heat exchanger of an evaporator, an absorber and a supercooler for an absorption refrigerating machine. ;SOLUTION: A casing 2 of an integration combination type heat exchanger 1 is provided with two parts 3 and 4 and these parts are made to communicate through an upper communication path 5 or separated through a heat insulating gap B below the communication path 5. An evaporator 6 is housed in one casing part 3 while an absorber 7 in the other casing part 4 and a superheater 8 is arranged sideways across over upper parts of the evaporator 6 and the absorber 7 crossing the path 5. In an integration heat type exchanger 1 of the evaporator 6, the absorber 7 and the supercooler 8 thus arranged, the casing 2 is constituted of a hollow case with a roughly U-shaped vertical cross section and both ends thereof opened and two lid plates for closing openings at both ends of the hollow case. One leg part side surrounding wall of the hollow case is made as the casing part 3 while the other surrounding wall as the other casing part 4 and a part of linking both legs is made as the communication path 5.
