PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool with packaging and small quantity using functions which enables a user to know taking-out quantity of cosmetics and securely preserves a substance containing volatile solvent.;SOLUTION: This packaging/dispensing device (1) has a a receiver (2) containing a first substance (P₁), an applying face (4a) fixed to the receiver (2) during applying the first substance, and a closure capsule (3) detachably attached to the receiver (2). The closure capsule (3) has a fixing means to make the closure capsule (3) fixed to the receiver (2) and at least one housing containing a second substance (P₂). The housing is suitable for opening the end part of the capsule (3) distal from the fixing means to enable the second substance (P₂) in the housing to be taken out.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
